THE GYM
With that traditional old school clanging and banging feel Aventus is filled with a large variety of equipment from cardio equipment, a huge range of hammer strength machine some that was specifically created for our gym, free weights, crossfit rigs, and all things needed for functional fitness training such as sleds, tyres, kettle bells, weighted bags and more. Not only are we one of the biggest facilities in the Illawarra but we are also the the oldest. We have been improving bodies for over 30 years. Come in and enjoy an old school gym with a modern feel. PERSONAL TRAINING

AVENTUS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our group fitness timetable is all about moving and having fun. Fitness shouldn't be so serious and we have created a timetable that is suited to all fitness levels. Our classes will get you looking fit and feeling GOOD. AVENTUS ACTIVE EXPERIENCES
A Hawaiian based experienced hosted by Dan where we get out and explore what the island has to offer. We stay active through various hikes, dives and tours so that means no running or dreaded burpees, like really, who wants to do burpees on a holiday! This is a fun filled experience where our main goal is to create amazing memories of an amazing place being in the company of amazing people.
