I wanted to create a space that creates numerous services to the community and welcomes everyone.

Our gym itself is one of the oldest if not the oldest gyms in the Illawarra. Being over 30 years old the place has seen many people, been a part of many stories some good some bad but I wouldn't have it any other way. This place is historical and needs to continue it's journey.

I have made a lot of changes to the facility making it feel modern but still have the old school vibe which is what people love.

We have a large space filled with a massive variety of equipment catering for most fitness enthusiasts as well as a number of different services.

All of these things continue to make us unique and the best on the South Coast.

Infinity Combat Systems - Run by industry professional and multi skilled Master Michael Matlijovski. Teacher of a variety of martial arts to assist in self defence, learning a new skill or simply to improve fitness.

Bronzd Bunz - In house spray tans, henna and lash lifts run by tan specialist Rhi

Unikque Beauty - Nikki knows all things beauty and will open in house soon! Offering a variety of massage options, facials and more.

Nutrition Station - We will be stocking the ready to go meals from Nutrition Station. Grab it on the go, have a meal in the gym or take one home. Enjoy the clean and delicious meals we will be offering.
