Stage 1 Complete

Stage 1 of the Aventus Health and Fitness changes has been completed.

The entire facility now flows and looks super fresh, modern and amazing. Member Demis, who is a painter by trade absolutely showed his skill by smashing the job in 1 night.

We also wanted to thank all of our members both of the Gym and Aventus Functional Fitness Classes for their understanding during the process with the minor disruptions to the facility and classes. We want you to have a fantastic facility to train in and be proud of.

Stage 2 will be happening soon and can not wait for this one!
