Obesity % is Too High

For the obesity epidemic to change we as a society need to change our motivation, mindset and education. We don't want this problem to not only get worse or be continued by generations to come.

In Australia more than 60% of Australian adults are obese and almost 10% are severely obese. Don't believe me? All you need to do is look around.
This is worrying for me as should it worry you.
Society isn't taking proper action, they consume excessive and unnecessary calories, dislike putting in time and effort to get in shape and for the most part make excuses.
Taking complete personal ownership into the current situation needs to be addressed, blame needs to stop being placed on everything but themselves.
Do it for yourself but for the most part your family.
At the end of the day you and only you are in control of what you consume and what form of exercise you do. For families it is your responsibility to feed your child properly and ensure they are exercising be it through sports or even family walks.
And please stop searching for quick fixes I know they sound super impressive and 'just what you've been searching for' but there is no quick fix. If I find one though I'll let you know. Focus on the right method to a healthier you, you know, the one that you have been avoiding, which is the consumption of only nutritious and beneficial foods with the consistency of regular exercise. This formula is always a success. "I've tried everything" excuses just doesn't cut it any more. You obviously haven't tried everything.
Put your health at the top make the RIGHT choices, your life depends on it.
