Wow! Is pretty much the only word I can use to sum up the response to the come back after the unfortunate COVID lock down.

To see so many familiar and new faces is overwhelming especially with all the gratitude everyone has with the gyms face lift. It was well over due and the lock down I guess was a blessing in disguise because it allowed us to do things we could never do with a full gym.

The gym looks amazing and clean, the growing of our facility makes it all worth it. I love this place and want everyone to see why our members do to so if your keen to try our gym out remember 1st visit is always FREE!!
