Circuit:
3 sled push
Complete 5/10/15reps straight through. Complete 5reps each exercise followed by immediately moving into 10 then 15.
Ball Slams Sit throughs KB Swings Gorillas Plank w/Shoulder touch Jump squat w/Switch Iso Lunges Push Ups Cleans w/Weighted bag
Rest: 3mins between rounds
Repeat entire circuit 3 x
